What Youll Be Doing: Client & Contractor Communication Handling customer queries via phone and email, ensuring accurate logging and resolution of requests. Financial & Operational Support Managing service workflows using a CAFM system (training provided) and ensuring cost-efficient solutions. Contract & Quotation Management Assisting in securing service provider quotes and negotiating terms. Data & Performance Analysis Keeping contract records up to date and tracking key financial metrics. Process Improvement Helping refine workflows to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
