As our Customer Services Advisor you will:
* Handle all customer enquiries in a timely manner, supplying customers with information about the services offered at the hospital
* Communicate with customers over the telephone, via email and face to face whilst providing excellent customer service
* Make outpatient clinic appointments for new and existing patients
* Assist in the preparation of clinic lists and ensuring the medical consultants have the required information
* Log enquiries on the Hospital CRM and oversee the customer journey
* Provide customers with information regarding Hospital services and treatments ensuring all requirements/queries are dealt with effectively
* Support our Marketing team with Patient open events
To succeed as a Customer Services Advisor, you will need:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proven experience in customer service
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a good level of IT literacy
* Demonstrable ability to prioritise and organise a workload of changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Empathetic telephone manner
* Willingness to learn new tasks and contribute to the development of the department
Key information about the role
You will liaise directly with customers, answering all Customer Service enquiries. Answer queries regarding the medical specialties and consultants operating at the hospital. Handle bookings for medical appointments in person, by telephone and email. Ensure prospective patients have sufficient knowledge to make a booking. Prepare quotations for self-pay hospital treatments.
