Honeycomb is delighted to be assisting our highly reputable public sector client with a need for an 'Office Coordinator' throughout their prestige office setting. 6 month+ contract role, Belfast.
The Client - This credible organisation is situated in Central Belfast and are enjoying a new office site which is attracting a wide range of clientele for the likes of official meetings, conferences and events. This is a newly created post that has scope to evolve with the successful candidate. This client promotes a strong culture of well-being, inclusivity, and innovation alongside traditional public sector benefits.
The Role - Reporting to the HR & Deputy HR Manager; the scope of the post will include but not be limited to the following duties:
1. Coordinate a busy events calendar with SLT and stakeholders alike.
2. Provide a presence as a 'first point of contact' including aspects of corporate hospitality.
3. Liaise with building merchant personnel/wider contractors regarding Health & Safety; facilities and day-to-day operational oversight.
4. Assist in delivering strategic direction for the organisation across staff well-being and other pillars.
5. Administrative processing to support designated personnel.
6. Provide support across a range of internal projects, which may align with relative tasks including policy and governance.
The Person
1. Experience in a Senior Receptionist or similar support role in a corporate setting/premium level of hospitality (including placement experience supporting a qualification).
2. 6 months+ experience in an administrative role.
3. 5 GCSEs including Maths & English (Grade C or above).
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Strong familiarity with IT packages (MS Office and ideally a database CRM).
