We are currently partnering with a private equity backed client based in Manchester City Centre. Interim assignment starting before Christmas - must be fully available to work in-between Christmas & New Year. 3-6 months. Duties: Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements. Presenting reports to senior management to support with business decisions. Track, report, execute, and predict financial transactions. Provide support and advice for the wider business, including colleagues with a non-financial background. Understand guidelines and regulations for financial reporting. Prepare monthly consolidation. Deep dive reconciliations. Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls and systems and be pro-active in implementing these changes. Experience: Previous experience working in a private equity backed business as a Financial Accountant or a similar position. Ability to provide complex financial advice to non-financial managers. Advanced excel skills and strong financial system knowledge, ideally experience using Oracle. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
