We bring together people and technology, as part of our quest to make construction a safer and more collaborative industry.\n\nThe successful candidate will be based at our Eurocentral office, supporting a Helpdesk and a team of employees whilst working towards their SVQ level 2 (SCQF level 5) or SVQ level 3 (SCQF level 6) in Business and Administration.\n\nWhat might a typical day in the job look like?\n-\tAnswering the phone will be as and when the calls come through from internal and external clients\n-\tPhotocopying and filing \n-\tUpdating spreadsheets and databases\n-\tSending emails and coordinating responses\n-\tReport compiling \n-\tProviding admin support to the team This is a work based qualification and you will undertake a job role which allows you to provide the required evidence in a working environment to successfully achieve the qualification. You will be rewarded with your SVQ level 3/SCQF 6 in business and administration.\n\nYou will also learn more personal qualities such as;\nGood communication skills, both oral and written\nGood organisational skills\nGood interpersonal and customer service skills\nAn ability to work using own initiative within boundaries\nAn ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels and responsibilities\n\n You will need qualifications of National 4 Maths and 2 National 5s one or have completed a relevant Foundation Apprenticeship. \n \nYou will also need to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages on the computer.\n\nThe role requires flexibility and focus and to be able to change direction quickly when required. The ideal candidate will want to learn about the business and the reasons behind the tasks that they are asked to carry out. In addition, you must be willing to commit to meeting agreed timescales and targets in relation to attaining the qualification within 18 months.\n
