Account Executive We are looking for a driven account executive/aspiring account executive to help run one our largest global asset management accounts. To thrive in this role, you will have the ability to solve problems, build strong relationships with clients and publishers, think strategically and outside the box and independently prioritise your workload. You’ll be very comfortable with taking the initiative to solve problems and create solutions. Within your role, you will be working on the following: Monitoring and optimising campaigns within platforms and with publishers Preparing competitive data overviews Leading weekly status calls with the client Assistance on managing multiple stakeholders within the client Attending in person and online meetings with clients and publishers Briefing publishers and media vendors for new campaigns, collating and assessing responses and share with team Prepare assessment of media within the campaign strategy and event opportunities Management of client media plans and production schedules Prepare on-going and post campaign reporting Sharing proactive media updates with clients Supporting Account Managers and Account Directors Routine administrative and budget management Feedback and idea generation for constant improvement of process Helping on a pitch for a new client About You: A passion for digital media and a strong desire to work in a tech focused environment A strong interest in financial news, business, economics or willingness to learn and stay up to date with these areas Excellent time management, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Able to work under tight schedule and manage priorities for multiple tasks set by clients Confident in building relationships internally and externally, good communicator and public speaker (required for meetings with clients and publishers) Proactively managing your own workload Strong team player mentality At least 1 year of work experience – background in an agency or publisher would be an advantage, but not required A personable individual with strong analytical mind-set University Degree or 1-2 years relevant experience preferred. University Degree in Business / Economics / Marketing / Advertising / Communications are preferred but not essential Fluent in spoken & written English.
