As a P&C Enabling Support Specialist, you will connect teams, streamline processes, and enhance technology solutions, ensuring smooth operations across our global network. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Project Support – Partner with team members using agile methodologies, supporting project management, event planning, and execution. Technology & Process Improvement – Drive efficiency through technology support, process enhancements, and implementation of digital tools (e.g., People Portal, MyBuy). Network & Collaboration – Actively develop our self-organised P&C Enabling Support Network, engaging in global initiatives and projects. Operational & Administrative Support – Assist global, regional, and local P&C teams with complex travel, expense management, large events, structured meetings and general manager of POs. Local Site Support – Manage site/chapter-specific requests, ensuring smooth operational support across different locations. Who You Are Passionate about people & collaboration, building trusted relationships across teams. Agile, adaptable, and proactive, with a problem-solving attitude. Digitally savvy, using technology & digital tools for efficiency. Strong critical thinker & communicator, balancing transparency and confidentiality. Skilled in prioritisation & independent work within a global matrix organisation. What You Bring Degree or experience in P&C, business support, event/project management. Proficiency in Google Suite & standard IT applications. Fluent English; additional languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
