Operations Support Coordinator – York

Someone with fantastic administrative and coordinating skills, along with excellent communication, and knowledge of Fleet Management would be an advantage for this role.

What you’ll be doing:
* Provide support with general operational day-to-day queries for our practices/businesses.
* Initiate communications to practices/businesses through both written and verbal channels.
* Support the wider field-based Operations teams and other VetPartners central functions.
* Coordinate various ad hoc departmental project work within agreed timelines.
* Collate data and update spreadsheets for accurate tracking of fleet management.
* Attend meetings, provide minute-taking where needed and follow up action point deadlines.
You will have the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
* Experience of project work/management is an advantage.
* An understanding of veterinary services or fleet management is an advantage.
* Must be a team player.
* Approachable, pro-active, and driven.
* Proven ability in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
* Strong emotional intelligence.
* Confident communicator at all levels.
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-changing reactive environment.
* Willingness to ‘muck in’.
* Prioritizing important tasks amongst a varied workload will be key to the role.
* English and Maths GCSE A-C/grades 4-9, or equivalent.
* An outlook that reflects the VetPartners culture and values.
The finer details:
* Based out of our York Central Office with some degree of flexible hybrid working from home.
* Mon – Fri.
* 37.5 hours per week.
* Salary up to £23,000 dependent on experience.
* 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
