Are you a results-driven individual with a proven track record of managing mid-sized sales teams and genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing? We're searching for an ambitious and digitally-focused Sales Manager to join our dynamic Digital Advertising sales team at LOCALiQ. In this remote position, working as part of the management team you will lead a total team of 7 Marketing Solutions Account Managers and Digital Advertising Consultants across a given territory or category. You will create a coaching culture, leading and developing your sales teams performance through effective performance coaching, ensuring 50% of your time is spent with your people, and the other 50% in the field gaining new business and servicing existing clients in the Hertfordshire and North and East London regions. You will maximise marketing spend from a given category and/or territory by maintaining and increasing business from existing key account customers and continuously sourcing new business for your team. You will develop series multimedia-led revenues through effective embedding and coaching support on all multimedia approaches. You will use data via the company performance management suite to support the growth of lapsed, new, and existing customer bases. You will establish and maintain a high standard of customer relations, service, and goodwill with all customers at all times. You will lead the growth of unique customer counts through effective territory management and solution analysis, finding creative routes to growth. You will confidently lead day-to-day sales operations, ensuring salespeoples time is directed and used to maximum effect. Your role duties will include, but are not limited to: Providing SMART objectives to salespeople and allowing them to develop using effective coaching rather than direction. Providing all salespeople with performance plans that stretch performance and deliver targets and results. Acquiring strong knowledge of the Company and its solutions, including all digital marketing solutions. Attending the LOCALiQ Sales Management Development Programme courses, both online and offline.
