The role of Senior Account Manager is to develop relationships with key stakeholders in new and existing target pharmaceutical customer accounts and showcase the company’s different products and solutions.
The role and responsibilities Senior Account Manager – B2B Healthtech:
1. Cultivate relationships with key account customers to enhance revenues throughout the Solution portfolio.
2. Having an understanding of each target client’s business, strategy, operations, and industry trends to attain predetermined account-level objectives.
3. Regularly engage with key stakeholders, both online and in-person, to establish crucial contacts for the implementation of account plans.
4. Generate new subscription or recurring Revenue from existing customers to achieve personal & business revenue targets.
5. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to boost product engagement and revenue.
