⚡ What you’ll be doing:

Use your energy industry knowledge to win and retain commercial clients
*
Confidently present bespoke energy solutions that deliver cost savings
*
Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
*
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with industry standards
*
Maintain long-term client relationships and handle renewals
*
Keep your pipeline strong through proactive prospecting
*
Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets
*
Keep your CRM up to date and accurate at all times
*
Support junior team members and share best practices
*
Continuously develop your industry knowledge through training and updates
✅ What we’re looking for:
*
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in energy sales (B2B)
*
Confident in selling fixed and flexible energy contracts
*
You’ve worked with brokers, suppliers, or direct clients
*
Proven track record of smashing targets
*
High-energy, driven, and self-motivated
*
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment
