In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Imaging and maintenance of PCs. Set up update and fault diagnosis of customer IT Systems. General Network support and troubleshooting. Call handling: Answering customer queries directly on the phone where required and maintaining accurate records. Maintaining client databases with up-to-date solutions and keeping a clear record of all activities involved in call tracking software. Installation of computers and peripheral devices such as printers, scanners and mobile phones. Explaining technical issues in a clear way to non-technical clients. Answering the phone in a professional manner and, if relevant passing on any information promptly. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £13,741 per annum. Monday to Friday on a rota basis, either 8:30am-4:30pm, 9am-5pm or 9:30am-5:30pm. 28 days annual leave including the Bank Holidays. Staff events.
