Job Description
As the Head of Performance Marketing you set and establish the Global performance marketing strategy in line with the brand vision and business objectives. Focus on long-term growth, driving customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth through data-driven strategies, leveraging AI and automation to improve marketing performance.
Provide leading expertise in digital performance channels world-wide, budget planning, data analysis and market insights, to ensure that performance media investments deliver maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
What you will do:
* Reporting and Data Insights: Develop a comprehensive reporting framework to track key KPIs and provide a global view of investment and results. Leverage AI tools for data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance and optimize ROI.
* Strategic Leadership: Report to the Global Head of Marketing and act as a key strategic stakeholder in executing the long-term growth playbook. Lead the SEO Specialist and collaborate with global marketing leaders to align strategies. Work with regional digital marketing teams on annual budget allocation and KPI forecasting, leading regular reviews to assess performance, driving actions from data insights for the regions, identifying opportunities and improvements.
* Financial and Data Integration: Ensure financial alignment with controlling teams and integrate performance marketing strategy with long-term growth plans. Collaborate on reporting frameworks and analytics tools for data-led decision-making.
* External Partners and Agencies: Set the Global direction for digital agency partnerships and support Regions to measure agency performance, drive improvements, and aid tender processes to secure the best value and strategic fit.
* Channel Optimization: Optimize performance channels (Paid Search, SEO, Affiliates, Paid Social, Display) and produce global playbooks. Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark strategies.
* Continuous Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and refine the global performance marketing strategy based on results and market trends, ensuring its effectiveness and relevance in achieving the brand’s growth plan.

What you need to succeed:
* Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform (GMP): Including DV360, SA360 (Search Ads 360), and CM360 (Campaign Manager 360).
* Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Web Analytics Tools, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Attribution Tools, Affiliate Marketing, Paid Social, Retail Media Platforms, and MarTech Platforms.
* Extensive Digital Marketing Experience: Experience in consumer-facing roles, with a preference for global digital marketing and managing paid media budgets.
* Proven Success in Digital Marketing Activations: Across various channels and the media funnel.
* Leadership Skills: Experience in leading teams and developing talent.
* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to present strategic ideas clearly and effectively.
* High Ambition and Innovation: Driven and innovative approach to achieving results.
