As a Customer Assistance Coordinator, you'll be the calm, steady voice customers turn to during emergencies, providing practical support and guidance as needed. Every call gives you the chance to apply your organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, ensuring the best possible care for customers. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clarity, helping customers navigate through challenging times with confidence. Working Hours 35 hours per week with shifts between 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, including occasional night shifts (9:00 PM - 7:30 AM). Hybrid working with IT equipment provided (PC, dual screens, keyboard, and mouse); a reliable internet connection is required. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Provide proactive solutions and keep customers informed of the progress of their case. Ensure all services are provided on time, with all necessary information gathered to coordinate medical assistance. Apply your product and technical knowledge effectively to each case. Handle complaints in accordance with FCA guidelines. Ensure every customer feels cared for and supported during their time of need. About You We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure and is genuinely passionate about helping others. You’ll need: A good level of general education, including Maths & English GCSE (or equivalent). A strong desire to provide excellent customer service. The ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple cases. Empathy and the ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations.
