About the Job:
We are looking for a highly skilled Repairs Coordinator to join our team at Reccom Limited. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective resolution
2. Communicate regularly with customers and internal teams to keep them informed of progress
3. Use CRM systems and Microsoft software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes
Requirements and Qualifications:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft software
Benefits:
