Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tent Rigger located in Masham. The Tent Rigger will be responsible for the setup and dismantling of stretch tents and event structures. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting equipment, ensuring safe and secure installations, assisting with event design layouts, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications
* Experience in rigging, construction, or similar hands-on roles
* Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in event setups
* Physical stamina and capability to handle heavy lifting and outdoor work
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
* A valid driver's license is preferred
* Prior experience in the events industry is a plus
