About this opportunity: We are looking for dedicated engineers to join brand-new feature teams and leadership dedicated to building an enhanced stockbroking platform. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of online trading by designing and implementing a streamlined, customer and colleague focused platform that will redefine how our customers invest.
Here’s where you’ll make the difference:
1. Join the lab engineering leadership team, shape the teams direction as we maintain the current platform and enhance our future proposition.
2. Collaborate with the head of engineering, product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to define and execute on the labs roadmap, scope, and deliverables.
3. Mentor and coach the software engineers, developing their skills and career growth.
4. Drive the culture of delivering highly resilient, secure and quality software.
5. Drive adoption of best engineering practices.
