Your new roleThis dynamic and engaging Finance Assistant position involves working closely with the Accounts and Payroll Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the accounts management system. Your responsibilities will include performing bank reconciliations and collecting, verifying, and processing invoices and receipts.
You will play a key role in implementing a purchase order system and supporting the purchase ledger. Additionally, you will assist with invoicing and managing credit control. Part of your duties will involve addressing unreconciled and outstanding items, contributing to the preparation of monthly management accounts, and assisting with year-end financial preparations. You will also provide support for pension management and offer backup assistance for payroll tasks.
