About The Role
It's an exciting time for St Elizabeth's with our brand new Sixth Form opening in September 2025 for students aged 16-19 with complex needs. We are seeking a Teacher to join our wonderful education team supporting our young people with the core independent living and work-related skills needed to safely and successfully access the world around them. We have an ambitious education strategy and strive to create an enabling environment in which our young people can flourish.
We'd love to hear from you if:
* you have qualified teacher status in the UK
* you are passionate about helping students to reach their full potential
* you have experience working with SEN students and enabling pupils to make progress towards positive academic EHCP outcomes
* you have a passion for teaching this age group along with excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
* you are able to think creatively and engage positively with learners with a broad range of complex needs
