We are working with a fantastic SEN school in the Partney area that is looking for proactive and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team.
Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to children under the guidance of the class teacher.
* Work closely with children who have special educational needs, offering tailored support.
* Assist the class teacher in assessing students' learning progress.
* Help create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
* Offer consistent praise and encouragement to foster confidence and achievement in students.
Qualifications:
* Have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant.
* Possess a kind, caring, and patient demeanor.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and able to take the initiative in a classroom setting.
* Be available full-time during school hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
