Job Advertisement: Part-Time Administration Assistant
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team. In this part-time role, you will assist with a variety of daily administrative tasks, providing essential support to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Location: Willenhall
Key Responsibilities:
Answering telephone calls and directing them appropriately
Requesting order numbers from customers
Requesting pricing and cost information from suppliers
General administrative duties to support the team
Assisting with invoicing (training will be provided)Skills and Experience Required:
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage interactions at all levels and deliver excellent service
Clear and effective communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
