Due to expansion due to expansion plans, they are offering the opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join their established Health and Safety team. The job in a nutshell: Create and update SHEQ policies and programs to meet local, national, and international standards. Spot hazards, assess risks, and plan ways to reduce them across all operations. Keep policies up to date to follow health, safety, and environmental laws. Run regular SHEQ training for staff at all levels to promote safety and responsibility. Investigate incidents and near misses, find the root cause, and prevent future issues. Lead efforts to cut waste, save energy, and adopt sustainable practices. Keep clear records of SHEQ activities and share regular updates with senior management. Stay current with industry trends to improve safety and sustainability programs. Should you apply? Minimum of 3 years experience in SHEQ management. NEBOSH qualified.
