Job Description
Position Name: Project Manager
Location: Newbury, UK.
Responsibilities:
1. Able to communicate in an accurate and concise manner to specific audiences, using varying tools and techniques.
2. Demonstrating a good understanding of common project management planning tools and methodologies.
3. Having delivery experience spanning a varied, as well as multidisciplinary project environment.
4. Experience in the technology industry with expertise in the telecoms sector.
5. Good knowledge and awareness of Client products and service offerings is advantageous.
6. Experience of working in a challenging customer-facing service role and project environment.
7. Budget ownership: Managing budgets assigned on a per project basis (typically £500k- £1m). Tracking and reporting both capital expenditure, operating expenditure, and revenue achieved.
8. Delivering projects to agreed time, cost, and quality criteria, as well as Professional Services KPI delivery targets.
9. Ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with the Client Professional Services Governance Framework.
10. Regular review via internal stakeholder feedback and external customer surveys.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Prince2 Practitioner required.
2. Significant proven Project Management experience of managing large and complex projects.
3. Self-motivated individual with good organisational, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
4. External customer-facing experience, excluding client or internal teams.
5. UK National as a minimum and visa to work in the UK.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Agile experience.
Direct Reports: The Project Manager will not have direct line management responsibility.
