As a Bid Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the bidding process, driving the successful submission of tenders and proposals. You’ll play a key role in winning high-value, high-profile projects, and ensuring the effective management of the entire Pre-Construction Service Agreement (PCSA) process. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire bid process, from initial inquiry to tender submission. Develop and implement winning strategies to secure key projects across various sectors. Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality, cost-effective bids. Oversee all aspects of PCSA, ensuring clear communication, project alignment, and client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor and evaluate the performance of bids, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
