Responsibilities Lead, plan, and develop strategies for an extensive program of works and renewal/re-procurement of existing FM and supplies contracts. Manage a defined portfolio of spend, develop and undertake category strategies to deliver best value and continuous improvement solutions. Understand market dynamics and cost drivers and have experience undertaking a range of sourcing activities including RFQs, formal tenders, and sourcing competitions. Negotiate contracts and ensure full benefits realisation and robust supplier management. Communicate effectively, plan, and organise, and foster effective and collaborative relationships across a broad spectrum of stakeholders. Contribute to the delivery of an efficient, responsive, and value-generating Procurement service. Work effectively within a framework of robust procurement, regulatory, and audit procedures.Qualifications Experience managing a defined portfolio of spend, developing and undertaking category strategies to deliver best value and continuous improvement solutions. Understanding of market dynamics and cost drivers and experience undertaking a range of sourcing activities including RFQs, formal tenders, and sourcing competitions.
