The Role:
As a Category Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping their commercial strategy, collaborating with marketing, supply chain, sales, and education teams to drive lasting success in an evolving and competitive market.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing relationships with the company’s aesthetics suppliers
* Maintaining regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders
* Building strong partnerships with suppliers to support long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
* Collaborating with the Chief Commercial Officer to establish, negotiate, and finalise commercial terms
* Developing promotional activation plans and supporting brand and event marketing efforts
* Working closely with marketing, education, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand representation and aligned communication across channels
* Exploring new product opportunities and staying informed on industry trends to stay competitive
Requirements:
* Background in aesthetics, beauty, or a similar field, with a passion for the industry
* Experience working across diverse teams, bringing people together to achieve common goals
* Strong skills in stakeholder relationship management, building trust and long-term partnerships
* Negotiation skills that drive successful outcomes and mutually beneficial agreements
* An eye for trends in aesthetics and a genuine interest in staying ahead in the industry
* Skill in crafting and delivering clear, consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
* Commercial insight, with an understanding of how decisions impact P&L
* Excellent organisational skills to manage priorities and lead projects efficiently
* A positive, approachable attitude that fits well within a collaborative environment
* This is a hybrid role with a 3/2 work-from-home split, requiring you to be within commuting distance of Mayfair, London.
