Linguistics Graduate Role Overview:
* Provide tailored support on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Work with students with a variety of special educational needs, including speech and language challenges
* Support the class teacher in delivering core subject lessons
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies
* Collaborate with professionals to enhance students' learning outcomes
* Engage students both inside and outside the classroom to support their progress
The Ideal Linguistics Graduate Will:
* Hold a 1:1 or 2:1 degree in Linguistics from a leading UK university
* Have previous experience working with children with SEN
* Be confident in managing behavioural needs and supporting SEND students
* Bring specific experience in speech and language support (preferred)
* Show a strong commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
