The Senior Property Manager will have a background in residential lettings and ideally already in a similar position. They will be responsible for the day to day running of approximately 250 properties throughout the country from our offices based in Warrington.
The successful candidate will be:
* Self motivated with a solid work ethic and pro-active approach
* Possess excellent organisational and communication skills
* Able to communicate at all levels and build long standing relationships
* Happy and confident to work on own and confident in decision making
* Have good PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
* A background of Residential Lettings, Management & Customer Service is essential
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Day to Day management of a Property Portfolio
* Achievement of monthly lettings targets
* Communication with Landlords
* Communication with Tenants
* Maintenance Handling and Reporting
