The company seeks a Customer Services Representative to join their friendly team.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. This is intended to be a hybrid working role, with typically three office days and two remote working days per week.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing outstanding customer service through phone and email.
2. Taking telephone orders and payments.
3. Processing returns and refunds.
4. Supporting the sleep test team with their processes.
5. Some general data entry / admin tasks as needed.
Essential Skills:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Ability to problem solve and take ownership.
3. Self-motivated team player.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Can-do, positive attitude.
6. Minimum two years of customer service experience (office or retail).
