About the Role: Full-time position through Teaching Personnel with an excellent rate of pay. Support pupils with SEMH needs to engage positively with their learning and development. Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive, nurturing environment. Opportunity for a permanent contract starting from after Easter 2025. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils, ensuring their individual needs are met. Assist in developing strategies to manage challenging behaviour and promote emotional well-being. Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Contribute to the planning and delivery of tailored educational and therapeutic activities. Requirements: Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEMH needs, is essential.
