Airband are recruiting a Field Sales Manager
This role is offered on a permanent basis, Salary £32,000 - £35,000 + Commission + Car allowance – Benefits Package.
Airband is an internet service provider bringing high-speed broadband to rural communities from North Wales down to Devon and Somerset in the Southwest. Having built the network our strategic focus is to increase our customer connections, and we are looking for a talented individual to support us to deliver an excellent customer experience as we continue to scale.
This is where our Field Sales Manager comes in. Our ideal candidate will have experience within the Telecoms Industry in order to drive our Field Sales function by increasing revenue growth and market expansion. With a laser-focused strategy to increase our customer connections, this is a great opportunity to lead our Team of Field Sales Advisors across the Airband geography driving our field sales performance.
As Field Sales Manager you will have the opportunity to maximise your team's potential by building structure, performance measures whilst working closely with our Internal Divisions across the business. We are looking for a natural motivator with established mentoring, development & coaching skills with a “right 1st time” approach to business.

The Role:
* Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to capture key demographics.
* Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
* Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
* Work closely with Marketing and ensure your team maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
* Lead by example when it comes to the Field Sales Team.
* Work with our Talent & Development & People Business Partner team to recruit, manage, and retain Field Sales Advisors.
* Provide excellent leadership and development across the field sales team including regular 121’s and developmental support.
* Provide Territory Management for Fields Sales Advisors.
* Identify, onboard and manage outsource field agents and agencies.
* Manage KPIs daily and motivate/support the team while keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans.
