Reporting to the Head of Agri Feed Sales, you will be responsible for driving front-end commercial activity for our Mole Valley Feed Solutions business. Leading our Southern field-based feed sales team, you will deliver a consistent sales approach for our Farmer Shareholders and farming customers.
Responsibilities:
* Develop a sales strategy aligned to the core values and objectives of the business, in collaboration with the Head of Agri Feed Sales.
* Ensure alignment in our approach alongside the Head of Feed Agri Sales, leading the industry in the delivery of knowledge, services, and products.
* Manage a sales team focused on customer needs and responsible for executing the business strategy, delivering product specialisms and industry-leading knowledge.
* Lead the ruminant sales team in the South, sharing knowledge, skills, and best practices to achieve our farmer shareholder ambitions while growing margin, volume, and revenue.
To be successful in this role, you will have sales leadership experience in the Agri Sector and be a commercially driven individual with a passion for delivering results.
