Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual to join the Theatre Administration Support team at University Hospital of North Durham. This position is for a part time Theatre Receptionist working 23 hours per week over 3 days, shift times range between 7:00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and patients attending Theatre reception, greeting and welcoming patients when they arrive for their surgical procedures. You will also provide admin support to clinical and non clinical staff within Theatres. Main duties of the job To admit patients onto the electronic patient system when they arrive for surgery. To ensure the reception area is manned and provide a welcome, clean and tidy area at all times.
