You should have: Good numeracy/literacy skills NVQ2 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification or experience Training in the relevant strategies e.g. literacy Appropriate First Aid training We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and organised Teaching Assistant, who is passionate about improving academic outcomes for children and has high expectations for the children in their care.
