What you'll be doing
As a Systems Administrator Manager, you will support our Work Winning team, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of essential data and reports. This role involves updating and managing databases, liaising with various teams, and assisting in the tendering process. You will play a crucial role in ensuring information integrity, meeting deadlines, and enhancing our data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update work-winning databases to capture and verify accurate information.
2. Prepare and submit timely reports to keep the wider team informed.
3. Collaborate with our work-winning community to gather and verify data.
4. Download tender information and assist in generating organized tender folders.
5. Support the Enquiries Manager by issuing and managing tender enquiries.
6. Uphold Balfour Beatty's values and ensure a strong commitment to Zero Harm.
Who we're looking for

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks with limited supervision.
3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

5. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and thrive under tight deadlines.
6. Positive attitude towards adapting to changing demands.
