Full time Administrator Hybrid in Plymouth for 2 months in prestigious law firm

Working for a prestigious law firm in the Plymouth area.
This role is required for around 2 months while they recruit a permanent member of staff.
It is paying £12.70 per hour and working hours are Monday–Friday 9am - 5.15pm. 36 1/4 hours per week.
1-hour lunch break unpaid.
You will need to undertake a free basic DBS and credit check to be successful in this role due to the nature of the environment.
You will be able to work from home 2–3 days per week but must be local and able to get into the office in Plymouth the other days, so please only apply if you are happy to come into the office 2–3 days per week, as this is non-negotiable.
Your new role
1. Provide general support to HR team members with a range of administrative tasks which could include:
2. Data inputting, data reporting and dealing with the preparation and analysis of Management Information
3. Collating information and producing letters in conjunction with HR colleagues relating to communications with employees across a range of confidential matters
4. Coordinating interviews with candidates on behalf of our recruitment team
5. Recruitment onboarding, working with colleagues to progress, offer documentation (letters, contracts of employment, job descriptions), and onboarding activities (including pre-employment checks, references and sanctions checks)
6. Creating new employee records, including personnel files, ensuring information is complete and accurate up to receipt of references for handover to the HR team
7. Providing updates to internal teams regarding new initiatives or enhanced benefits offered to our people
8. Dealing with first line enquiries in the HR mailbox and supporting employees with wellbeing and policy implementation
What you'll need to succeed
9. Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
10. Highly organised, with excellent planning and administration skills, experience of working to deadlines, juggling workload and priorities
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to build positive relationships with stakeholders
12. Good team player and able to work effectively in a multi-site business and team environment
13. Fully proficient across the Microsoft Office suite with good Excel skills.
14. Personal accountability and being able to demonstrate integrity throughout all work delivered
