Description
* Supporting the design, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programmes.
* Analysing compensation data for trends and insights to inform decision-making.
* Assisting in the management of the annual pay review process.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice.
* Collaborating with HR and finance teams on compensation and benefits issues.
* Maintaining the accuracy of reward-related data within the HR system.
* Preparing reports and presentations on compensation and benefits findings.
* Contributing to various HR projects as required.
Profile
A successful Reward Analyst should have:
* A degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related field.
* Proficiency in data analysis with a strong numerical aptitude.
* Expertise in HR systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices within the retail industry.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
* A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
