Fire and Security Operations Manager
Company based in South Yorkshire
Salary: £38k-£42k
Car allowance: £4.8k with business mileage paid
Holidays: 24 days excluding bank holidays

Job Responsibilities
1. Manage performance levels of our project team.
2. Manage all compliance requirements.
3. Manage all health and safety requirements.
4. Manage design department and all technical vetting for both service and installation works if required.
5. Allocate engineering resources accordingly to achieve project delivery targets.
6. Manage all sub-contracted labour.
7. Manage company fleet.
8. Manage all company plant and equipment.
9. Manage logistics.
10. Provide all necessary reports, assisting leadership team in goal setting.
11. Act as point of escalation for project challenges both internally and externally.
12. Support operational performance.
13. Work closely with the Senior Management Team to set goals that promote the growth of the business.
14. Work with Directors to prepare budgets, schedules, and any other documents required by the business.
15. Develop plans and strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs within the business.
16. Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
17. Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
18. Contribute and lead development in the areas of engineering, coordination, administration, and purchasing to ensure that the company achieves its short and long-term objectives.
19. Develop and control the budget for the project and design department, ensuring that the department has all resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial constraints.
20. Ensure that the requirements of customers are met in an efficient and timely manner.
21. Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
22. Promote and ensure health and safety in the business.
23. Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
24. Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress.
25. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
