Tide Partnership are working with a pioneering specialist care provider in their search for a new Operations Director, to join as a partner in for one of their new businesses opening in Essex. This is a unique joint venture opportunity!
The Role
As the Operations Director you'll become a director and shareholder of your own business, leading a specialist clinic and surgical centre. Working alongside clinical and operations experts, you'll deliver top-tier patient care while ensuring the long-term success of your clinic. Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
1. Business Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specialist clinic and surgical centre, ensuring efficient workflows and excellent patient care delivery.
2. Strategic Leadership: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth.
3. Financial Management: Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and profitability management.
4. Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve performance targets.

Job Criteria - Essential:
* Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector, specifically in a surgical environment.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, setting objectives and targets for business growth and success.
* Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Experience in managing budgets and ensuring profitability is important.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate teams to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
