Job summary We are looking for an Estates Operations Manager (Mechanical) to join the Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Ltd estates team to manage all aspects of the operational estates service provided to Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and external clients. You will need to demonstrate strong team working skills; have extensive experience of working in an Estates/FM environment (ideally in the Public Sector) and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This post will play a key role in meeting the estates key performance indicators and achieving the departments cost improvement plans. The successful applicant will manage all aspects of the day to day operational estates service on behalf of the Head of Estates. The role also requires the post-holder to take part in any future estates on-call manager rota, for which additional payments will be made.
