HRIS Analyst/Human Resources Systems Analyst
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HRIS Analyst/Human Resources Systems Analyst to join our London-based global law firm on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis.
Responsibilities:
1. Support HR systems projects, including workflow improvements, configuration changes, planned maintenance, upgrades, testing, and rollouts.
2. Build and generate accurate management information reports to meet the requirements of internal and external stakeholders.
3. Support all end users by resolving day-to-day systems and data issues, escalating critical issues to the Managers as appropriate.
4. Maintenance and development of information on the firm's global Intranet relating to HR and the HR system.
5. Build relationships with external suppliers and raise support cases as required.
6. Develop training material and other systems documentation.
7. Provide training on systems to Managers, Administrators, and self-service users.
Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of an HR information system, ideally SelectHR.
2. Numerical and analytical skills.
3. Strong IT skills, in particular manipulating data using MS Excel.
4. Customer-focussed approach.
