Office Co-ordinator – Sales & Lettings support An exciting opportunity has opened for a proactive and highly organised Office Co-ordinator to support a busy Sales and Lettings team in a leading luxury estate agency. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of both departments, helping to maintain exceptional service and operational excellence. Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience Working Hours: Mon - Fri. 9.30am - 6pm Contract: Full time | Permanent What You’ll Be Doing Keeping sales and lettings records accurate and up to date. Providing essential administrative support, from diary management to scheduling appointments. Running and monitoring AML checks to ensure full compliance across transactions. Drafting invoices, sales contracts, and correspondence for property transactions. Liaising with the Marketing team to book professional photography and video shoots to showcase listings. Acting as the first point of contact for internal IT issues within the Sales and Lettings teams. Assisting with onboarding new team members. Updating the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and effective tracking of deals. Preparing templates and coordinating supplier bookings for canvassing campaigns (letters, flyers, etc.). Assisting with scheduling social media posts using provided templates. Ideal skills and attributes: Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. A proactive mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to take initiative. A bright, professional, and welcoming attitude with strong communication skills. Ability to work independently while being a valuable team player. Flexibility to adapt to different responsibilities across both departments. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe PDF, Adobe InDesign, and Rex is a bonus. At least 2 years’ experience in a sales or lettings role within the estate agency sector is essential.
