If you have a passion for ER and strong stakeholder management, particularly within a manufacturing environment, we encourage you to explore this opportunity (Please note this role is site-based 5 days a week) Key Responsibilities: Act as the business area expert for all casework within your business units. Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management. Manage and support occupational health referrals and early conciliation/employment tribunal cases. Develop strong relationships with line managers and stakeholders across various sites. Coach and train line managers in effective employee relations practices. Profile of a Successful Candidate: Proficient knowledge of current employment law and best practices in employee relations. Experience managing complex employee relations issues ideally in a manufacturing/FMCG environment. Excellent coaching and influencing skills with a friendly, open demeanor. Strong organisational and time management abilities, capable of prioritising workloads. CIPD qualified or studying towards relevant HR qualifications.
