Reporting into the Head of Category you will support the product strategy and growth of our vendors within the Devices Division. What you can expect to be getting up to as a Buyer Develop and maintain our vendors relationships by supporting the product strategy and growth within the Devices Division Understand product trends and market in-sights and be able to provide direction to sector marketers on “Lifecycle” related opportunities. Proactively forecast and order stock to the requirements of the business. Maintain the financial integrity of the stock profile. Build relationships with key vendors to ensure growth. In order to set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience Understanding of Ingram Micro business, or similar Strong stock management background Previous experience managing £m vendors Experience with purchasing technology in a 2-tier channel environment Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and procurement tools Understanding of accounts payable and financial reconciliation Make an application to join the team None of this is achievable without great people, with a complete customer focus.
