We are currently recruiting for a number of legal administrator roles in top global law firms in London. We’re looking for a candidate who holds their Legal Secretary CILEx level 3 qualification and/or has at least 6 months’ experience working within administration in a law firm or professional services. The firms are renowned for excellent training and support in career progression. The roles will include duties such as:
Assisting with administrative tasks within the firm such as photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing tasks Dealing with internal and external postal deliveries and arrange couriers’ services as necessary Supporting the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded onto the system Supporting the Legal PAs and Partners as and when they need.
