Position: Product Manager - FOOD
Location: Christchurch (Head Office) – Hybrid (flexibility required)
Salary: £35-38k + Company plus Performance-Related Bonus
Travel: European travel to manufacturers, trade shows & customer meetings
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a graduate in the Food and Nutrition sector, with some experience in product development (ideally within FMCG or manufacturing) to join a leading global organisation as a Product Manager in the food division.
In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting the product development team through the entire process from ideation and recipe creation to launch. You’ll also be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with suppliers and retail customers. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development of new food products from concept to launch
* Build and nurture relationships with UK & EU suppliers and retail customers
* Manage and track project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met
* Lead tastings, benchmarking, and analysis of market trends
* Provide clear and regular updates on project status to internal teams and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
* A graduate in Food and Nutrition or a related field, with some product development experience (preferably in FMCG or manufacturing)
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
* A genuine passion for food trends and innovations
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
