We are delighted to be working with a forward-thinking and innovative engineering business in Witney who are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant within an ongoing temporary contract to ensure a smooth running of the business, assisting with administration, procurement, and compliance.
As the Administration Assistant, you will be working a 37.5 hour week, over Monday to Friday and will be reporting to the Executive Assistant.
Your Roles And Responsibilities Include:
* Providing office management and general administration to the office, including assisting with compliance and procurements.
* Assisting the Administration Team with reports, projects, and presentations.
* Being the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
* Sorting invoices and PO numbers.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
* Communicative, self-motivated, and organized.
* Have strong experience in administration or office management.
* Able to use their initiative.
* IT literate and confident in using Microsoft Packages.
