We are delighted to be working with a forward thinking and innovative engineering business in Witney who are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant within an ongoing temporary contract to ensure a smooth running of the business, assisting with administration, procurement and compliance. As the Administration Assistant, you will be working a 37.5 hour week, over Monday to Friday and will be reporting to the Executive Assistant. Your roles and responsibilities include:. Providing office management and general administration to the office, including assisting with compliance and procurements. Assisting the Administration Team with reports, projects and presentations. Being the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Sorting invoices and PO numbers The ideal candidate will be:. Communicative, self-motivated and organised qualities. Strong experience in administration or office management is essential. Able to use their initiative.
