About the practice:
We are working alongside a Exeter based PCN who are searching for a highly motivated newly qualified GP (qualified in the last 2 years) who is keen to expand their experience in a professional, patient-centered environment. Each of the practices within the group are committed to creating a seamless transition into regular sessions for each new GP that is integrated within the environment.
Role Overview:
As a newly qualified GP, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients including diagnosis, treatment, and education on health. The practice is looking for a newly qualified GP who is keen to make a positive impact within the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct both F2F and telephone triage consultations
* Open to learning new systems EMIS & SystmOne (induction + training material can be provided)
* Develop and implement patient care plans
* Maintain accurate patient notes, records, and documentation
* Complete self-generated admin
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care

Required Qualifications:
* Newly qualified GP (over the past 2 years) with completion of training certificate
* Registered with the GMC
* Member of the GP Performers List
* Valid Indemnity insurance
