Founded in 2002, we made our mark on the shooter genre with titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. We are one of the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.
Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting titles: Gemini is our new project being developed with Square Enix; Gears of War: E-Day is a Triple-A game developed in collaboration with Microsoft Corporation. Job Description
* Facilitating and improving internal development processes
* Collaborating with Leads and Directors to manage production of features in our game
* Managing development teams and advocating their needs
* Working with other Producers to create realistic schedules and mitigate risks/blockers
* Working with internal groups during the development process and communicating with the publisher and external vendors
* Managing cross-disciplined development teams and advocating their needs
* Working with other Producers to create realistic schedules, identify dependencies and align on priorities
* Identifying any potential risks with multiple solutions and understanding pros and cons of each option. Clearly presenting the options to production lead
Qualifications
* 5+ years’ experience in a production role in the gaming industry (or 7y in IT/3D Animation)
* At least one AAA multi-platform title shipped as a Producer
* Experience in managing multiple team of at least 20+ people.
* Exceptional project management and leadership skills
* Great presentation skills to all audience levels
* Deep Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
* Good knowledge of rights and licensing
* Strong negotiation skills together with advanced problem solving and organizational skills.
* Excellent teamwork, focus on driving excellent working relationships throughout the team
* Ability to work effectively and efficiently with people with different specializations and backgrounds
* Understanding of end-user needs and expectations at all levels
* High work ethic and self-motivated.
* Passion for Games.
* Proven experience with Jira and Confluence
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Advanced Scheduling Experience
* Advanced Agile /PM Methodologies Experience
* proactively planning team rituals
* Multi-discipline feature dev experience (end to end) Management of multiple producers, up to 3 50-75 people 3+ years experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
* Understanding the big picture / being able to liaise between the teams and work towards the greater good / ability to understand the high-level priorities.
* Ability to create a production plan/schedule and to execute it along those assumptions.
* Has completed a product cycle at this level.
