The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Account Director, who will enjoy working as a key member of a strong collaborative team across a prominent client. In this role you will deliver innovative, insightful, and creative media campaigns. You will already be an ambitious, self-starting planner who can lead on key projects and briefs (such as those for promotions) but will also enjoy working closely alongside our Client Director, Strategy and Planning partners on larger brand campaigns and projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work as a team with the Client Director, Strategy/Planning Partner and Account Directors to develop strategic recommendations that provide consumer focused solutions to client business challenges.
2. Utilise our agency tools and insight, and applying your knowledge of our clients business.
3. Lead briefing of planning solutions into specialist teams both in agency and inhouse and effectively assist translation of strategic plans into strong and innovative activation.
4. Demonstrate a strong grasp of media theory, and consulting multiple sources to validate & support media recommendations.
Requirements
1. Experience working in a Media Planning role, having impeccable attention to detail with cross channel media planning experience.
2. The ability to coach, lead and become an approachable support to your team.
3. A passion for effective and creative media planning.
4. Client leadership experience is key, leading positive brand relationships.
5. Build strong and effective relationships with investment teams to ensure smooth running of the account.
